43 Adam Tas Road is situated in the beautiful area of Parelvallei in Somerset West, in a quiet street ending in a cul-de-sac . In front of you from the balcony is the sea view of Gordons's Bay and The Strand and behind you is the beautiful Helderberg Mountain Range. The house is completely secure and surrounded by walls and electric gate. Huge trees line the sidewalk and there is also paved parking on the sidewalk. There are electric double garages and plenty of extra parking and place for a caravan or/and boat. Relax with a glass of wine on the front balcony and watch the gorgeous summer sunsets or laze over a late breakfast with the sea view in the distance. There is a patio suite on the balcony.
There is a small neat garden in the front and a larger garden at the back.
A large sparkling pool invites you into it's cool depths, or relax by the outside bar and braai area, where there is a built in braai (barbecue) , a portable weber, and large patio suite and huge umbrella.

The house is fully equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable and fun - furniture,modern appliances, bedding, cutlery and crockery and much more.

From the front door walk into a cool hallway decorated typically South African, large mirror and African paintings, and a skylight gives natural light.
To your left is a lounge tastefully and comfortably decorated with brown leather suite, and wood coffee tables and wall unit. A bar is there for your entertainment and pleasure.The wall unit is kitted out with TV, DVD player, DSTV and sound system with surround sound, and there is a portable air conditioner.

Off the hallway is a fully fitted nice sized study with it's own PC and safe.

Walk into a large fully fitted oak kitchen with black granite tops and silver appliances, from microwave to washing machine/tumble drier, plenty of crockery and cutlery , glasses etc, and a breakfast nook. Open planned onto that is a dining room with a sociable round table.From the kitchen door is a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, beautifully decorated, and 2 full bathrooms, one on suite. Ceiling fans and hairdryers are in all the rooms.

There is a flat downstairs with kitchenette and bathroom, double bed and bunk beds.
So in all this house sleeps 10 comfortably. We are also pet friendly and allow pets.There is a complete security system and alarm, monitored by a security company for your peace of mind, and a computerized sprinkler system.

We do not allow smoking in the house.
